Abstract:The purpose of this study is to investigate young private kindergarten teachers’ mental health and job burnout states. We use SCL-90, MBI(Maslach Burnout Inventory) and working environment & social and economic station to survey kindergarten teachers,and analyses the data of 195 young kindergarten teachers in private nursery schools. We find: 1) Positive detection rate of project is 47.18%, teachers who have at least one obvious positive symptoms cover 8.27%. 2) The positive symptoms and number of items of youth-run private kindergarten teachers are significantly lower than public kindergarten teachers. 3) Emotional exhaustion dimension score is 31.07±8.81, depersonality dimension score is 9.93±5.13, sense of achievement dimension score is 41.99±10.79. The final results show that: 1) The level of mental health of young private kindergarten teachers is relatively low, mental health problems are somewhat serious, but the overall situation is better than public kindergarten teachers. 2) 8.72% of the private kindergarten teachers have relatively serious psychological barriers, mainly manifested in factors as fear, depression, hostility and anxiety. 3) The career achievement of private kindergarten teachers is higher while they have medium depersonality level and more serious emotional exhaustion.
