    摘要:

    【目的】研究温度和摄食对鱼类能量代谢特征和低氧耐受的影响。【方法】以南方鲇(Silurus meridionalis)为对象,在15、20、25、30 ℃条件下,分别测定对照组(禁食组)和摄食组的日常代谢率(RMR)、临界氧压(Pcrit)和失去平衡点(LOE)。【结果】研究发现,温度对RMR、Pcrit和LOE均有影响,随温度的增加,这些参数增加具有统计学意义(p<0.05);摄食对RMR、Pcrit影响均具有统计学意义,摄食提升RMR(15℃差异不具有统计学意义),摄食提升Pcrit (25和30 ℃差异不具有统计学意义)(p<0.05);摄食对LOE影响不具有统计学意义。【结论】结果表明,温度提升将削弱南方鲇的低氧耐受能力;在较低温,摄食亦将削弱南方鲇的低氧耐受能力,而在高温摄食对低氧耐受有一定补偿作用;这可能与在不同温度下其能量代谢特征、生理调节能力及身体酸碱平衡等因素相关。

    Abstract:

    [Purposes] The aims of study was the effects of temperature and feeding on the energy metabolism trait and hypoxia tolerance of fish. [Methods] The routine metabolic rate (RMR), critical oxygen pressure (Pcrit), and loss of equilibrium (LOE) of the control group (fasting group) and the feeding group of southern catfish (Silurus meridionalis) were measured at 15, 20, 25, and 30 ℃, respectively. [Findings] Temperature has a significant impact on RMR, Pcrit, and LOE, and these parameters significantly increase with increasing temperature (p<0.05). Feeding has a significant impact on RMR and Pcrit. [Conclusions] Indicated that increasing temperature would weaken the hypoxia tolerance of southern catfish, as well as feeding would weaken the hypoxia tolerance of this species at low temperature, while feeding had some compensatory effect on hypoxia tolerance at high temperature in this species, and therefore might be related to factors such as energy metabolism characteristic, physiological regulation capability and body acid-base balance at different temperatures.
