Abstract:Research on the configuration of courier personnel in the logistics terminal distribution process that considers both customer satisfaction and cost. Taking into account satisfaction and couriers, a personnel configuration plan was proposed to minimize the total cost of personnel configuration, penalty cost, and transportation cost, and to maximize customer satisfaction. The NSGA-II algorithm was used to solve the logistics terminal distribution problem on Python software, and a case study was conducted. The multi-objective optimization model for logistics terminal personnel configuration and path optimization established has achieved the optimization of personnel configuration, customer satisfaction and cost, and can reduce personnel costs while ensuring customer satisfaction, providing a theoretical basis for the multi-objective optimization problem of logistics terminal express personnel configuration.
