    摘要:

    调查长江朝天门至涪陵段(后简称朝涪段)夏季浮游生物群落结构特征并评价该江段水质及水体营养状态。于2022年5月在朝涪段设置9个采样点采集水样,测定水质理化指标,鉴定浮游生物的种类组成并计算它们的密度、生物量、多样性指数及优势度指数。结果显示:1) 朝涪段水体中溶解氧含量、总磷含量、氨氮含量、化学需氧量等理化指标符合Ⅱ类水标准,水质良好。2) 在朝涪段共检测到浮游植物5门43属115种,以硅藻门(Bacillariophyta)和绿藻门(Chlorophyta)物种为主,浮游植物的平均密度及平均生物量分别为5.45万个·L -1 和0.189 2 mg·L -1 ;共检测到浮游动物4门(类)33属50种,其中原生动物门(Protozoa)物种数占比最高,浮游动物的平均密度及平均生物量分别为16.8个· L -1 和0.098 3 mg·L -1 。3) 各采〖JP〗样点浮游植物Shannon-Wiener指数、Margalef指数和Pielou指数的平均值分别为3.275 4、7.748 2和0.966 0;各采样点浮游动物上述多样性指数的平均值分别为2.281 5、3.780 2和0.905 3。4) 在 朝涪段共检测到浮游生物优势种19种,其中浮游植物10种、浮游动物9种;基于浮游生物多样性指数的水质评价结果表明朝涪段夏季水质类型为轻污染至β-中污染。上述结果提示朝涪段水质状况总体良好,水体营养状态为贫营养状态,浮游生物群落组成较为稳定。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the characteristics of the plankton community structure and evaluate the water quality and trophic status of the Chaotianmen to Fuling Section of the Yangtze River in summer. Nine sampling points were set up in this section in May 2022 to collect samples, and the physical and chemical indicators of water quality and the species composition, density, biomass, diversity and dominant species of plankton were analyzed. The results showed that: 1) The water quality in the Chaotianmen to Fuling Section was good, and the physical and chemical indicators such as dissolved oxygen content, total phosphorus content, ammonia nitrogen content, and chemical oxygen demand met the Class II water standard. 2) A total of 115 species of phytoplankton belonging to 43 genera in 5 phyla were detected, dominated by Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta. The average density and biomass of phytoplankton were 54 500 individuals·L -1 and 0.189 2 mg·L -1 , respectively. A total of 50 species belonging to 33 genera and 4 categories of zooplankton were detected, among which Protozoa species accounted for the highest proportion, and the average density and biomass of zooplankton were 16.8 individuals·L -1 and 0.098 3 mg·L -1 , respectively. 3) The average values of Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Margalef richness index and Pielou evenness index of phytoplankton at all sampling sites were 3.275 4, 7.748 2, and 0.966 0, respectively and the average values of these diversity indices for plankton were 2.281 5, 3.780 2, and 0.905 3, respectively. 4) A total of 19 species of plankton species were detected as dominant species in the Chaotianmen to Fuling Section, including 10 plankton species and 9 zooplankton species. The results of the water quality evaluation based on the diversity index of plankton showed that the water quality type of the Chaotianmen to Fuling Section in summer was light pollution to beta-medium pollution. The above results indicate that the water quality in the Chaotianmen to Fuling Section is generally good, the nutrient status of the water body is anaerobic, and the composition of the plankton community is relatively stable.
