In essence, the relationship among members Medical Treatment Combination (hereinafter referred to as MTC) is a cooperative game. A reasonable cooperative utility distribution scheme is conducive to the sustainable development of MTC. Therefore, based on the Shapley value method in cooperative game theory, the distribution amount of each member is calculated and the cooperative utility of MAC is evaluated. The distribution results not only meet the inputoutput constraints, but also meet the incentive level constraints, which can guarantee the stability of the cooperation of MTC members. So as to provide a basis for the audit evaluation of MTC management fees, and provide a reference for deepening the reform of medical system and promoting the highquality development of public hospitals.
